CNC Machinists – Direct Hire Opportunity
Grand Rapids, MI | $26–$28/hr. + Shift Differentials (DOE)

Are you an experienced CNC Machinist seeking a stable, permanent position with excellent benefits? Kelly has partnered with a leading manufacturer in Grand Rapids, MI, and we’re hiring skilled CNC Machinists to join their team!
Available Shifts:
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30pm–2:30am
Weekend Day Shift: Saturday–Monday, 6:00am–6:00pm (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours)
Weekend Night Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00pm–6:00am (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours)

Position Information:
• Set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes, adjusting machine settings as needed
• Install tools and prepare materials per process documentation
• Perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections using calipers, comparators, gauges, and CMM equipment
• Deburr and rework parts as required
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment or tooling issues
• Complete routine operator-level machine maintenance
Required Experience:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with CNC Mill set-up and operation (Swiss CNC experience a plus, not required)
• Ability to read blueprints, understand X, Y, Z machine axis and perform basic math
• Proficient use of precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• High school diploma or GED required
