Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 1:00 AM – 9:15 AM
Type: Contract (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)
Hours: 40 hours/week | Non-Exempt


Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Worker to support operations within a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment to ensure minimal downtime and efficient workflow. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and able to work independently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on conveyor and sortation systems

  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and urgent maintenance needs

  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to schedule

  • Assist with installation and setup of machinery and equipment

  • Maintain and organize spare parts and maintenance inventory

  • Read and interpret basic schematics, manuals, and diagrams

  • Use tools and testing equipment (e.g., multimeter) to diagnose issues

  • Support general facility upkeep, including cleaning and minor repairs

  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of maintenance, mechanical, or industrial experience preferred

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform repairs independently

  • Comfortable working with hand tools and diagnostic equipment

  • Familiarity with conveyor systems or automated equipment is a plus

  • Basic computer skills (Windows environment)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment
