Branch Coordinator / Administrative Assistant 
 
Location:?Salem, OR
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8?AM – 5:00?PM 
Pay: $19 – $21?per hour (Depending on experience)
Duration:? Contract to Hire Opportunity? 
 
Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented Branch Coordinator /?Administrative Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers. This position plays a vital role in supporting patient care operations through order management, insurance verification, scheduling coordination, and exceptional customer service.

 Customer Support 
• Serve as the first point of contact for in-person visitors and high-volume inbound calls 
• Provide professional, patient-focused service to patients and healthcare providers 
 
Order & Data Management 
• Create and manage patient orders within company systems 
• Accurately input data and monitor incoming faxes 
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant 
 
Insurance & Billing Support 
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain equipment authorizations 
• Collect required documentation for billing purposes 
• Maintain accurate billing records and process payments as needed 
 
Scheduling & Coordination 
• Schedule equipment deliveries and pickups 
• Coordinate closely with clinical teams to ensure timely service 
 
Record Management 
• Maintain organized, up-to-date patient files 
• Assist with audit documentation and compliance requirements 

  
Qualifications 
• High School Diploma or equivalent required 
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in customer service, medical office, or administrative setting 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Comfortable handling multi-line phone systems 
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
