Quality Control Checker – 2nd Shift (Port Wentworth, GA)
Pay: $21/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM (mandatory overtime, must be able to stay past 2:30 AM)
Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Quality Control Checker to join our warehouse team for the 2nd shift. This role is responsible for accurately checking and counting products for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all orders are complete and correct.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of outbound orders

  • Report shortages, damages, and mis-shipments

  • Check contents of orders as assembled by Order Selectors

  • Compare orders to customer requirements to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar quality position

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to work mandatory overtime, extended hours, nights, and weekends

  • Able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs. without restriction

  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and follow management instructions

  • Able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
