Kelly is currently seeking an experienced Process Control Clerk to join a leading team in Philadelphia, PA! The Process Control Clerk handles high volumes of administrative tasks for the Finished Goods Planning department by sending shop floor paper packets to the production floor to manufacture, as well as processing packets timely and accurately is crucial to meeting customer needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating delivery notes and labels based on the filling instruction sheet

  • Releasing, printing and checking shop floor papers for accuracy, inputting changes where necessary and prioritizing work

  • Reviewing live demand in SAP and making informative decisions on customer and/or affiliate orders

  • Generating production schedules and releasing production packets as needed by production planner

  • Generating transfer orders for production as needed.

  • Interfacing with customer service and production planners with respect to order requirements

  • Reviewing and responding to emails

  • Assisting with shared departmental duties

Required Skills

  • Strong time management skills

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional Organization skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

  • Working knowledge of SAP à Preferred

Required Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required

  • Previous experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred
