Location: Santa Clara, CA  
Work Type: 100% onsite
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Assignment Type: Contract

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts in a fast-paced and technical environment. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and driving effective hiring strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in the semiconductor, hardware, or similar technical industries and be comfortable managing multiple positions simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain recruitment processes, including tracking metrics and improving hiring efficiency

  • Design and implement sourcing strategies to identify top talent

  • Stay up to date on market trends and apply best practices in recruiting

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as agencies and universities

  • Monitor recruitment costs and suggest improvements to increase efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for mid-level to executive positions

  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, networks, and industry research

  • Use applicant tracking systems to manage candidates, reporting, and recruiting activity

  • Partner with external vendors and sourcing platforms to strengthen talent pipelines

  • Train and mentor other recruiters on tools and processes

  • Work closely with HR teams to support onboarding and hiring processes

  • Manage recruiting budgets responsibly

  • Participate in global hiring initiatives and projects

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 7 to 10 years or more of recruiting experience within Talent Acquisition

  • Strong experience recruiting for HR and Legal roles

  • Experience in semiconductor, capital equipment, or advanced hardware environments

  • Proficiency with recruiting tools such as Workday, Eightfold, and LinkedIn

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting high-growth or complex organizations

  • Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies

  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking recruiting metrics

  • Ability to provide insight into talent markets and hiring trends
