What’s a typical day as Recruiter? You’ll be:
- Managing the full recruiting cycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Building strong working relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to identify and fill high-volume warehouse and manufacturing operations roles
- Creating and posting recruitment ads with local organizations and on various online platforms
- Coordinating background checks and onboarding processes in partnership with HR and third-party vendors
- Developing relationships with community recruiting contacts and identifying key recruiting sources, including offsite events and career fairs
- Consulting with management to recommend the most qualified candidates and extending offers to selected individuals
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Bring at least 3 years of experience as a technical or high-tech Recruiter, Sourcer, or Senior Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Possess experience working in manufacturing or with a contract placement firm
- Demonstrate a successful track record in sourcing and placing both technical and non-technical hourly candidates, especially in the Bay Area staffing market
- Are familiar with ATS platforms and have worked with ATS in a corporate environment
- Exhibit strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
- Thrive in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining responsiveness and a sense of urgency
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate cooperative decision-making skills
- Have a deep understanding of compliance with federal, state, and local employment guidelines
