Pay Rate: $19.26 per hour
Shift: Rotating shifts:  6:30pm-6:30am, 12 hours

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:

  • Operating simple automated assembly machines safely and efficiently

  • Ensuring equipment and work areas are clean and organized

  • Starting machines from a power-off state and performing work order set-ups in electronic batch record, data acquisition, and inventory management systems

  • Reading and interpreting gauges, dials, and machine faults, rectifying issues, and restarting machines as needed

  • Completing production records and work order documentation accurately

  • Performing visual inspections and product testing to ensure high-quality assembly of medical devices

  • Weighing, counting, packaging, and labeling finished products

  • Displaying flexibility by operating multiple simple machines as required

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma, GED, or Employment Assessment (required)

  • Possess basic Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and general computer skills (preferred)

  • Are able to read and understand procedures and work instructions

  • Can perform visual inspections with and without magnification tools

  • Are comfortable using solvents, glue, or solder in an assembly environment

  • Demonstrate attentiveness, reliability, and flexibility in a manufacturing setting
