Production Operator – 2nd Shift | Food Manufacturing | $20.75/hr | Temp-to-Hire
Looking for a hands-on production role where you can build real manufacturing experience and grow into a long-term opportunity? We’re hiring Production Operators for a leading food manufacturing facility in Macedon, NY.
This is a temp-to-hire position with full training and long-term potential.
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- $20.75/hr | Weekly pay
What you’ll do:
- Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment
- Support machine setup and line changeovers
- Perform quality checks to ensure proper packaging and product standards
- Keep materials supplied and production lines running smoothly
- Troubleshoot basic production issues with support from leadership
- Follow safety, GMP, and sanitation standards
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals
What we’re looking for:
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to follow instructions and communicate clearly
- Comfortable standing for entire shift
