Production Operator – 3rd Shift | Food Manufacturing | $21.50/hr | Temp-to-Hire

Looking for an overnight production role with strong pay and long-term opportunity? We’re hiring Production Operators for a leading food manufacturing facility in Macedon, NY.

This is a temp-to-hire role with training provided and long-term growth potential.

Schedule & Pay:

  • Tuesday–Saturday | 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM

  • $21.50/hr | Weekly pay

What you’ll do:

  • Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery

  • Assist with machine setup and production changeovers

  • Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met

  • Keep materials supplied to production lines

  • Support troubleshooting and production flow with operators and leads

  • Follow all safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures

  • Maintain clean and organized work areas

What we’re looking for:

  • Manufacturing or production experience preferred

  • Reliable and punctual with strong attendance

  • Comfortable working overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team setting

  • Strong attention to quality and safety
