Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

Kelly is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator / CNC Machine Operator to join a metal fabrication team in Hendersonville, NC. This position is ideal for someone who has strong attention to detail, experience operating press brake equipment, and the ability to read blueprints and produce quality parts with accuracy.
The Press Brake Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to job specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Operate, set up, and maintain press brake machines to bend and shape metal parts according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine correct bending methods, machine settings, tooling, and material requirements.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required tolerances, dimensions, and quality standards.
Install, align, and adjust dies, punches, and tooling based on job specifications.
Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting.
Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and production quality.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while operating machinery.
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience operating press brake machines in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.
Experience with CNC machine operation preferred.
Strong knowledge of press brake operation, tooling, setup, and machine maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job specifications.
Strong understanding of measurements, tolerances, and quality control standards.
Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and make proper adjustments.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods during the shift.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in CNC press brake operation or a related field.
Experience working with steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and other metal fabrication materials.
Previous experience in a fast-paced production or fabrication environment.
