What’s a typical day as Customer Care Representative? You’ll be:
- Interacting with customers via phone, email, and social media to provide information and resolve inquiries about products, services, orders, billing, and shipping.
- Receiving and processing sales orders efficiently.
- Handling and resolving complaints in a professional and empathetic manner by following company procedures.
- Facilitating, analyzing, and resolving customer issues with urgency and accuracy.
- Managing a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining top quality in service delivery.
- Collaborating with store personnel to complete e-commerce orders and resolve customer concerns.
- Providing timely solutions, recommendations, and product information, ensuring positivity and empathy in every interaction.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (post-high school education preferred).
- Bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, training, or member retention.
- Possess quick learning abilities for program and product knowledge, and are comfortable using a PC in a Windows environment.
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting and adapt quickly to change.
- Excel in effective and professional communication, both verbal and written (phone, email, chat, in-person).
- Engage with customers and team members in a friendly, helpful, and competent manner.
- Ask the right questions to gather all necessary information for issue resolution.
- Use critical thinking to handle and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Consistently follow training and established procedures for all tasks.
- Have reliable high-speed internet if working remotely.
