Position Overview
We are seeking a B2B Customer Support Representative to manage customer relationships and support daily operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring customer orders, resolving service issues, and helping ensure efficient and reliable delivery of services.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating across teams to improve customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer orders and shipments to identify issues and ensure timely resolution
- Adjust workflows based on changing customer demand and volume fluctuations
- Communicate with internal teams, leadership, and customers to resolve concerns
- Utilize various systems and tools to track performance and identify solutions
- Support overall customer satisfaction through proactive issue management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
