Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule: 4 days/week, 12-hour shifts
Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Days Off: Saturday, Sunday + 1 rotating weekday

Overview

We’re hiring a 2nd Shift Forklift Operator to support warehouse and distribution operations in Preston, WA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse

  • Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks with accuracy

  • Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections

  • Stack and store product according to safety and quality standards

  • Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices

  • Use RF scanners to track inbound and outbound shipments

  • Maintain clean and organized work areas (GMP standards)

  • Assist with inventory cycle counts

  • Follow all safety, food quality, and warehouse procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of forklift experience (warehouse experience preferred)

  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience with WMS or RF scanners is a plus

  • Strong attention to safety and detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to work overtime if needed

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally

  • Valid driver’s license

Schedule & Pay Details

  • Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM

  • 4×12 schedule (4 days on, 3 days off)

  • Weekends off + 1 rotating weekday off

  • $22.00/hour + bonus potential
