Job Summary
The Customer Service -Administrative Assistant is responsible for delivering excellent day-to-day service to customers while supporting internal administrative operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients and plays an essential role in ensuring
smooth office functionality.
 


Key Responsibilities
Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries

  • Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and in person

  • Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

  • Assist with processing orders, returns, and service requests

  • Maintain and update customer account information

Office Administration

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail distribution

  • Support daily office operations including scheduling, filing, and correspondence

  • Maintain office supply inventory

  • Keep accurate records and databases

  • Perform general administrative duties and help maintain a clean, organized office environment

  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations in collaboration with senior team members

  • Assist with operational documentation such as job folders

  • Support onboarding of new employees and assist with employee inquiries

 


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred)

  • 3–4 years of experience in customer service and/or administrative roles

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

 


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks

  • Knowledge of office management tools and procedures

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
