Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23.00-$30.00/hr (+15% shift differential)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:30PM–12:00AM | Full-Time

What’s a typical day as CNC Machine Operator – Tooling? You’ll be:
- Setting up and operating CNC machines for tooling production, including punches, strippers, and dies
- Interpreting routings, work instructions, and blueprints to complete production orders
- Creating and editing CNC programs for speeds and feeds specific to tooling production
- Troubleshooting and correcting process-related issues as they arise
- Using precision measuring tools to ensure quality results
- Supporting and initiating development of tooling production processes and methods
- Performing daily/weekly workplace organization tasks (5S) and operator maintenance tasks (TPM)
- Following all safety procedures and staying current with assigned safety training
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a minimum of 3 years’ CNC machining experience, particularly in turning, milling, grinding, or EDM
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Are proficient in reading blueprints and technical documentation
- Demonstrate experience in editing CNC programs and adjusting machine settings
- Are skilled with precision measuring tools and quality inspection
- Exhibit strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
