Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00AM–3:30PM | Full-Time

What’s a typical day as a Production Operator – Drill Press? You’ll be:

  • Setting up, operating, and programming drill press and basic fabrication equipment

  • Determining production sequences and recording data in the system

  • Cleaning, deburring, and finishing sheet metal parts

  • Inspecting parts using basic drawings and measurement tools

  • Assisting with painting, welding preparation, and prototype testing as needed

  • Maintaining tools, equipment, and organized work areas

  • Supporting other fabrication departments to ensure smooth production flow


This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)

  • Bring previous manufacturing, general labor, or fabrication experience (required)

  • Have experience operating a drill press or other fabrication machinery (preferred)

  • Can read basic drawings and follow work instructions

  • Are comfortable using hand tools and measurement equipment

  • Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

  • Are willing to learn, support multiple production areas, and bring a positive attitude
