What’s a typical day as Logistics Operator? You’ll be:

• Handling, recording, monitoring, and distributing incoming and outgoing IT equipment and inventory
  

• Packing, preparing shipping information, and prioritizing IT equipment for shipment by multiple couriers
  

• Processing and verifying documentation for shipment and returns, including leased equipment and warranty replacements
  

• Performing receiving, material handling, warehousing, and distribution operations within the Fulfillment Center
  

• Auditing shipment and receipt documentation and resolving discrepancies
  

• Issuing and tracking RMAs, salvage, and end-of-lease processing of computer equipment
  

• Managing inventory levels, conducting monthly site scans, and ordering additional inventory
  

• Testing returned monitors, docking stations, MiFi devices, and peripheral cables for functionality
  

• Utilizing Service Now request system to fulfill tickets and resolve customer questions
  

• Communicating with vendors, couriers, and internal teams as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
  

• Have logistics experience, preferably with some help desk exposure
  

• Are able to use material handling equipment (pallet jack, shrink wrapping machine, scanner)
  

• Possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  

• Demonstrate strong communication and written skills
  

• Are able to lift up to 50 lbs
  

• Can work onsite in Woodland Hills, CA
  

• Are a local candidate available for immediate interview (phone and in-person)
