Building Facilities Technician 
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Location: Cumming, GA

Compensation: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour (Negotiable dependent on experience)

Reports to: Warehouse Manager & Operations

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, safety, and overall functionality of our facility and grounds. We specialize in manufacturing and installing sports facility products, including netting, padding, and windscreens

This is a hybrid role that combines facilities maintenance responsibilities with support to warehouse and production operations as needed. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Key Responsibilities:

Perform light welding for minor fabrication, repairs, and shop projects
Conduct basic preventative maintenance on equipment (e.g., grommet machines: cleaning, lubrication, minor part replacement)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, shop, parking areas, and common workspaces
Perform minor building maintenance (light repairs, changing bulbs, tightening fixtures, etc.)
Clean company vehicles weekly (interior/exterior) and monitor condition (oil, tire pressure, fuel, etc.)
Remove trash, scrap, and recyclables in accordance with company procedures
Ensure dumpsters are accessible, properly filled, and not over capacity for scheduled pickups
Run errands and transport materials for warehouse operations and sales team
Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas including parking lot and perimeter
Identify and report safety hazards, damaged equipment, and supply needs
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain safe work practices
Provide general support to warehouse and office teams as needed
