Job Title: HR Coordinator (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $30/hr
Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Fremont CA
Start Date: ASAP
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to join our team onsite. The ideal candidate will support all stages of the employee lifecycle, from hiring through onboarding and offboarding, while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor background checks daily; update background portal and spreadsheet
- Notify recruiters when background checks are cleared
- Upon confirmed start date, complete the following:
- Hire candidate in Workday
- Send welcome email to candidate
- Email manager instructions on requesting IT equipment, phone, and desk
- Hire candidate in Workday
- Greet new hires on their first day: create badge, perform face scan, collect I-9 documents
- Schedule New Hire Orientation
- Open requisitions and follow up with managers
- Gather termination paperwork and facilitate exit processes
- Update worker compensation spreadsheet; collaborate with managers and clinics as needed
Qualifications
- Workday experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Word
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion
