Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23.50 per hour
Shift: Choose from 1st or 2nd shifts to fit your lifestyle (scheduled between 8am–8pm)
Locations: MUST RESIDE in one of the following locations: Pittsburgh, PA | Raleigh, NC | Phoenix, AZ | Orlando, FL

What’s a typical day as Customer Engagement Specialist? You’ll be:
- Engaging warmly and efficiently with callers to resolve inquiries and provide clear, friendly guidance.
- Acting as a trusted resource for patients, providers, and field teams — processing benefit verifications, savings programs, pharmacy communications, and logistics-related questions.
- Troubleshooting issues quickly to turn challenges into positive outcomes for every caller.
- Capturing every interaction accurately and with strong attention to detail.
- Upholding compliance standards while delivering empathetic and professional service.
- Collaborating closely with your team, sharing insights, and inspiring ongoing improvement.
- Meeting and exceeding quality and productivity goals, including rapid response times and high satisfaction scores.
- Providing meaningful feedback that supports service excellence.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in healthcare or a related field.
- Possess excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Are confident managing multiple systems at once.
- Have experience with customer support platforms.
- Thrive in a dynamic, high-energy work environment.
- Are available for flexible shifts between 8am–8pm EST.
- (Preferred) Have experience working with phone scripts or health information privacy.
