Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.50/hour

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with some extra hours offered

What’s a typical day as Reach Truck Operator? You’ll be:

  • Operating a cherry picker safely and efficiently to pick orders and move products

  • Meeting daily production goals while maintaining high standards of speed and accuracy

  • Handling and organizing warehouse merchandise according to company procedures

  • Preparing orders for shipment by verifying products and quantities for outbound loads

  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area, following all safety protocols

  • Reporting any damaged goods or equipment issues

  • Assisting with general warehouse tasks as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year experience operating a cherry picker or order picker in a warehouse environment

  • Possess a proven track record of picker production and meeting performance metrics

  • Demonstrate a strong focus on safety and attention to detail

  • Maintain reliable attendance and ability to work at a fast pace

  • Are able to lift and move items as needed in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse

  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
