Location: Fargo, ND
Compensation: $19/hr

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operating molding machines to produce custom tanks and components

  • Monitoring and adjusting molding temperature, volume, pressure, and time for optimal results

  • Detecting and resolving jams; making calibrations and adjustments as needed

  • Pouring materials, trimming excess, and removing finished products from molds

  • Inspecting output for quality, surface defects, and flaws

This Position Is a Great Fit For Those Who:

  • Have basic math skills (including ruler reading)

  • Possess basic computer literacy and are eager to learn new skills

  • Are able to lift up to 60 lbs and have reliable transportation

  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and solid attendance
