Job Title: Inventory Worker

Location: La Marque, TX

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Job Type: Temp-hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (40-50 hours per week)

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Worker to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring the smooth flow of materials within our La Marque facility. If you are an early riser who enjoys a fast-paced industrial environment, this is a great opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Organize, count, and track incoming and outgoing stock to ensure 100% accuracy.


  • Material Handling: Move materials throughout the warehouse/yard as needed for orders or restocking.


  • Documentation: Maintain clear records of inventory movements and report any discrepancies immediately.


  • Quality Control: Inspect materials for damage or defects during the receiving process.


  • Safety: Adhere to all site safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or material handling.


  • Ability to work the early morning shift (5:00 AM start) and commit to the full schedule.


  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for accurate counting.


  • High level of reliability and physical stamina for an active warehouse environment.
