Production Associate / Warehouse Associate (Temporary Assignment)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $30 per hour
Duration: 2 months


Description

Seeking a skilled Production Associate / Warehouse Associate for a two-month contract. The ideal candidate has prior experience in secondary packaging, labeling, and GMP warehouse operations. This role includes production, warehousing, inventory management, and oversight of quality and safety standards in a clinical trial environment.


Responsibilities

  • Participate in secondary packaging and labeling runs

  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and safety in packaging and labeling

  • Assist with mock-ups and specification creation

  • Review pre-production documents

  • Manage inventory, label/carton stock, and bill of materials

  • Support warehouse operations and resource allocation

  • Update and maintain production calendar

  • Perform ERP transactions and help track KPIs

  • Maintain cleanliness and enforce health and safety guidelines

  • Participate in warehousing activities as needed

  • Report staff issues or resource needs

  • Provide regular updates and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in GMP warehouse and secondary packaging/labeling

  • Experience with multiple label types and temperature ranges (refrigerated, frozen, ultra-frozen)

  • Proficient with ERP platforms

  • Systematic, detail-oriented, and adaptable

  • Effective communicator and strong client-service focus

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and independently
