Salary- $19 – $21 per hour
Shift- Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
• Providing administrative support to clients and internal departments, acting as the primary liaison to ensure a smooth experience.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
• Communicating with clients via phone and email regarding documentation, requests, and updates while accurately logging interactions in our internal database.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and at least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to various customer personalities.
• Have experience in the service or legal industry, which is a plus.
