Kelly Services is partnering with a leading manufacturing company who is looking for an Electrical Mechanical Assembly Worker in Brockton, MA. 

  • Shift: second (3-11:30pm)

  • Pay: $25 

Responsibilities: 

  • Complete assembly of electro-mechanical enclosures, wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and sub-assemblies according to specific design standards

  • Utilize assembly drawings, bills of materials, routers, schematics, and visual aids (photos/samples)

  • Ensure quality compliance and product specifications are met throughout the build process

  • Responsible for the final assembly of chassis (both mechanical and electrical), including rework and some no-lead soldering

  • Maintain and update accurate assembly aids

  • Work collaboratively within a team environment, interfacing with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and other team members

  • Capable of working independently with limited supervision

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics and mechanical assembly/manufacturing

  • Proficient with work instructions, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics

  • Advanced soldering, wiring, and harness assembly skills

  • Experience with hand and pneumatic tools, and measuring devices

  • Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.

  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification preferred

  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
