Kelly Services is partnering with a leading manufacturing company who is looking for an Electrical Mechanical Assembly Worker in Brockton, MA.
- Shift: second (3-11:30pm)
- Pay: $25
Responsibilities:
- Complete assembly of electro-mechanical enclosures, wiring harnesses, cable assemblies, and sub-assemblies according to specific design standards
- Utilize assembly drawings, bills of materials, routers, schematics, and visual aids (photos/samples)
- Ensure quality compliance and product specifications are met throughout the build process
- Responsible for the final assembly of chassis (both mechanical and electrical), including rework and some no-lead soldering
- Maintain and update accurate assembly aids
- Work collaboratively within a team environment, interfacing with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and other team members
- Capable of working independently with limited supervision
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics and mechanical assembly/manufacturing
- Proficient with work instructions, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Advanced soldering, wiring, and harness assembly skills
- Experience with hand and pneumatic tools, and measuring devices
- Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification preferred
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
