We’re seeking a Finishing Machine Associate to work at a premier manufacturing client in West Henrietta, NY. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Pay Rate: $19.00–$21.00 per hour +shift differential for 2nd shift
Shift: Several shifts, must be able to work any shift and overtime as production schedules require. A shift: 5am-1:30pm and B shift is 1pm – 9:30pm

What’s a typical day as a Finishing Machine Associate? You’ll be:
- Executing assigned tasks in the Finishing department, reporting to the Manufacturing Manager – Finishing
- Processing optical-quality glass through drilling, dicing, laser marking, unwaxing, beveling (hand, semi-auto, auto), cleaning, and supporting processes related to glass shaping
- Performing physical and visual measurements using various equipment
- Placing holds on work that does not meet quality standards and escalating issues that may delay production
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workstation
- Supporting high productivity and on-time delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident (required for ITAR/EAR criteria)
- Have a strong work ethic and excel at performing repetitive tasks
- Possess basic computer skills and good manual dexterity
- Are able to learn new skills quickly and work well in a team environment
- Have visual acuity and the ability to distinguish chromatic colors
- Can stand or sit for extended periods and perform occasional light lifting
- Can work in an ITAR registered facility and are open to working any shift, including overtime as needed
- (Preferred) Have direct experience handling, processing, and cleaning optical-quality glass substrates and coatings
- (Preferred) Experience working with a subjective quality system
