Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Shift: 12hr Rotating Shifts 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
Pay Rate: $17.50
About the Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in our color matching and ink preparation operations, ensuring we consistently exceed customer expectations and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform custom color matching and prepare lab proofs for customer approval.

  • Provide press-side technical services and troubleshoot production runs.

  • Blend and mix base colors and vehicles to precise specifications.

  • Oversee inventory control and facilitate recycling of returned inks.

  • Participate in customer-focused process improvement (CFPI) initiatives.

  • Uphold quality and safety standards in all daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Basic knowledge of color matching and ink handling.

  • Commitment to meeting client specifications and deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills and customer focus.

  • Willingness to support flexible/on-call hours.

  • High School Diploma/GED required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • 30% office work (sitting); 70% warehouse/lab activities (standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching).

  • Requires frequent interaction with employees and managers.

  • Adherence to all company health and safety policies.
