Warehouse Specialist / Inventory Associate
Pay: $22.00–$24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
This role supports daily warehouse operations with a balanced focus on inventory control and shipping/receiving. The position requires hands-on warehouse work and accurate data entry within an ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cycle counting and support inventory accuracy (approx. 50%)
- Data entry and inventory adjustments in the ROSS ERP system
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments (approx. 50%)
- Shipping and receiving support using pallet jack and forklift
- Maintain accurate records and follow inventory control procedures
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with warehouse standards
Qualifications
- Inventory control and cycle counting experience
- ERP system experience (ROSS preferred)
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Forklift and pallet jack experience (required)
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse environment
- High school diploma or GED
