Kelly Services is hiring a Production Technician I in South Windsor, CT!
If you have experience troubleshooting equipment, performing preventive maintenance, or supporting production systems, this role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting critical production equipment and operations.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment and respond to technical issues
- Repair or replace defective machine components as needed
- Maintain logs of machine activity and repair work
- Install electrical wiring and controls for production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware tied to production systems
- Support production uptime through timely issue resolution
What You’ll Bring
- Experience performing preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
- Ability to diagnose and repair production equipment issues
- Experience with electrical wiring and machine controls preferred
- Computer hardware troubleshooting experience required
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Schedule & Pay
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Alternate Wednesday
- 6:00 AM–6:00 PM | Full-Time
- $25.00–$26.00/hr | Weekly Pay
- Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
