Estamos en búsqueda de Quality Inspectors I (múltiples posiciones) para trabajar con uno de nuestros principales clientes en la industria de dispositivos médicos en Caguas, PR.


Salario y Turnos:

Turno Días Horario Salario
Turno Regular (8 horas) Lunes a Viernes 1er, 2do y 3er turno $12.50
Turno de Día (12 horas) Domingo a Martes (miércoles alternos)
Jueves a Sábado (miércoles alternos)
6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. $13.13
Turno de Noche (12 horas) Domingo a Martes (miércoles alternos)
Jueves a Sábado (miércoles alternos)
6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. $14.63

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en ambiente de manufactura (preferible)

  • Experiencia en calidad, lectura de planos

  • Uso de herramientas de medición como micrómetro y calibrador (preferible)

  • Capacidad para seguir procedimientos, instrucciones de trabajo y estándares de calidad

  • Habilidad para documentar correctamente información siguiendo buenas prácticas de documentación

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar inspecciones de materia prima, productos en proceso y productos terminados de acuerdo con procedimientos y especificaciones

  • Ejecutar inspecciones iniciales (first article) antes de iniciar producción

  • Asegurar que las inspecciones se realicen con los equipos adecuados y documentar los resultados

  • Generar reportes e ingresar datos en los sistemas correspondientes

  • Verificar line clearance en el área de producción

  • Revisar documentación de suplidores externos y aprobar servicios recibidos

  • Preparar Certificados de Cumplimiento antes de la liberación de producto

  • Inspeccionar empaque, identificación y documentación antes de envíos

  • Identificar y documentar no conformidades (NCR) y notificar al supervisor

  • Segregar material no conforme correctamente para evitar mezclas

  • Realizar inspecciones utilizando sistemas de visión
