Estamos en búsqueda de Machinists (múltiples posiciones) para trabajar con uno de nuestros principales clientes en la industria de dispositivos médicos en Caguas, PR.

Salario y Turnos:

Turno Días Horario Salario
Turno Regular (8 horas) Lunes a Viernes 1er, 2do y 3er turno $12.50
Turno de Día (12 horas) Domingo a Martes (miércoles alternos)
Jueves a Sábado (miércoles alternos)		 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. $13.13
Turno de Noche (12 horas) Domingo a Martes (miércoles alternos)
Jueves a Sábado (miércoles alternos)		 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. $14.63

Requisitos:

  • Grado técnico o asociado en Mecánica, Tool & Die o campo técnico relacionado; o experiencia equivalente

  • Buen entendimiento de principios de maquinado, herramientas y lenguajes de programación CNC (ej. G-code)

  • Capacidad para identificar y resolver problemas de maquinado mediante optimización de programas y selección de herramientas

  • Conocimiento y cumplimiento de instrucciones de trabajo (SOP)

  • Conocimiento y uso de sistemas SPC/SOP para recopilar y registrar mediciones (preferible)

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar turnos de 12 horas (jueves a sábado o martes a sábado, de día o de noche)

Responsabilidades:

  • Operar máquinas y equipos utilizados en la manufactura de productos de precisión (incluyendo CNC y equipos automatizados)

  • Trabajar en equipo para cumplir o exceder expectativas de calidad y producción

  • Realizar inspecciones para asegurar la calidad del producto de acuerdo con planos y especificaciones SOP

  • Cumplir con metas de eficiencia y reducción de desperdicio (scrap)

  • Seleccionar herramientas y parámetros de corte adecuados para distintos materiales y operaciones

  • Configurar y operar máquinas CNC para validar nuevos programas y realizar ajustes necesarios
