Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
$60,000 Base Salary + Commissions + $500/Month Gas Allowance
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm

What’s a typical day as Canvassing Director? You’ll be:
• Recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing canvassing representatives while building strong storm-based territories throughout Maryland.
• Conducting interviews and field training for new hires to ensure they are well-prepared.
• Managing daily territories and team activities, coaching reps on door-to-door communication and performance.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have at least 1 year of door-to-door sales or canvassing experience and 2 years of leadership or management experience.
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills, are self-motivated, and dependable.
• Are comfortable working both in the field and in the office environment.
