Kelly Services is hiring a CNC Operator in New Britain, CT!

Join a precision manufacturing environment producing high-quality machined components for the aerospace, commercial, and medical industries. This opportunity is ideal for machinists with CNC operation experience looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced production setting.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate CNC machines according to work instructions and blueprints

  • Load materials and monitor machining operations

  • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools

  • Verify parts meet quality and tolerance requirements

  • Document production results and maintain accurate paperwork

  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

  • Support production goals and continuous workflow

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of CNC machining or machine operation experience required

  • Ability to read blueprints and work instructions

  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, and inspection tools

  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards

  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Pay

  • Monday-Friday | 7:00AM-3:30PM | Full-Time

  • $23.00–$27.00/hr DOE

  • Temp-to-Hire
