Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20/hr
Shift:
2nd shift, 4pm to 12:30am Monday thru Friday

What’s a typical day as Fork Lift Operator? You’ll be:
- Transporting materials, supplies, and finished products to designated locations using Powered Industrial Trucks.
- Receiving, distributing, and storing products in secure, designated areas.
- Preparing and maintaining records of materials received and shipped, including dates, locations, and other details.
- Reviewing shipments and documents for accuracy and quality, confirming shipping details, and expediting priority shipments.
- Loading and unloading materials manually or using hand trucks and skids.
- Resolving issues with contractors or vendors when they arise.
- Validating, approving, and forwarding invoices to accounting.
- Collecting and disposing of scrap materials, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations.
- Following and maintaining 7S Program guidelines and performing additional related duties as assigned.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least two years of experience operating powered industrial trucks (forklifts).
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Are comfortable with heights (order picker can reach up to 30 feet) and can lift/push/pull up to 55 pounds.
- Have proficient math skills and are comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Demonstrate efficient time management and the ability to work in a moderate to loud warehouse environment with occasional exposure to weather.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or formal training in a related field preferred).
- Understand and adhere to company policies regarding information security, confidentiality, and data protection.
