Now Hiring: Manufacturing Technician
Location: St. Paul, MN
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:30am – 2pm (OT as needed)
Type: 1 year contract

What You’ll Do:
- Assemble and package medical device products
- Perform tasks such as washing, wrapping, gluing, packaging, sterilizing, and labeling components
- Maintain a clean and organized production area, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Operate general production equipment like sealers, autoclaves, and stir plates
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear proper protective gear at all times
- Learn and apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Meet training and quality standards as assigned
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand or sit for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 25 lbs (or up to 65 lbs team lift)
- Basic English communication skills and ability to read work instructions and diagrams
- Basic math skills
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Work Environment:
- Clean room setting with special PPE (scrubs, masks, gloves, etc.)
- Overtime may be required
- Rotating job duties for variety and skill growth
