Kelly Services is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Marketing – Digital Assets Project Manager to support a fast-paced marketing and communications team. This role is ideal for someone with strong project coordination experience in a creative or marketing environment who thrives managing multiple priorities, digital systems, and cross-functional communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the transition and implementation of Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems

  • Support rollout and onboarding of creative self-service tools across teams

  • Organize and manage digital assets including imagery and video content

  • Coordinate logistics for photoshoots, video shoots, and marketing projects

  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from intake through completion

  • Maintain project updates and communicate status with stakeholders and leadership

  • Create and maintain training/tutorial materials for internal users

  • Collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project coordination or project management experience in a marketing, creative, or communications environment

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems required

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities

  • Experience with project management systems and Google/Mac-based platforms preferred

  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
