Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.00 per hour and up, depending on experience and successful interview
Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (day shift, Monday–Friday), OT sometimes on Saturdays

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Following plant safety and environmental policies while keeping work areas clean and orderly
- Operating and monitoring various machines within the cell to ensure quality production with minimal supervision
- Assembling products and parts using basic hand tools and measuring materials for conformance to blueprint specifications
- Conducting inventory inspections, maintaining production logs, and finalizing products for shipment
- Meeting daily production goals, understanding cycle time requirements, and meeting shift deadlines
- Reporting defective products or equipment and escalating material or technical issues
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have the ability to read measuring instruments and perform basic math skills (required)
- Bring experience or understanding of manufacturing environments and machines (preferred)
- Are detail-oriented, able to multitask, and focused on teamwork and problem-solving
- Can read blueprints, schematics, and manuals (preferred but not required)
- Are physically able to lift/move in excess of 50 lbs., stand, walk, stoop, and perform tasks for extended periods
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and thrive under direct supervision
