Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Document Control Assistant:
• Tackling challenges efficiently and effectively through problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Meticulously proofreading and comparing information in transcripts with multiple data points to ensure accuracy.
• Conducting thorough quality checks on all documents, entries, and legal paperwork.
• Managing file archives and distributions accurately while fulfilling orders based on system information and provided resources.
• Utilizing strong research and language skills to maintain high standards in documentation.
• Demonstrating excellent computer proficiency and time management abilities while adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1+ year of relevant work experience.
• Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to handle confidential documents with discretion.
