Front Desk Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative — Temporary (with Permanent Potential)
Location: Redlands CA
Pay: $21/hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Are you passionate about helping others and creating a welcoming environment? We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Administrative Assistant / Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role supports individuals seeking to become more mobile and active, making a positive difference every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, serving as the first point of contact for clients

  • Schedule and coordinate a high volume of appointments

  • Support administrative office functions as needed

  • Maintain a friendly and professional attitude—even when working with clients who may be experiencing challenging circumstances

  • Foster a positive, welcoming environment for all visitors

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Patience and empathy for individuals facing mobility challenges

  • Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure

This opportunity is a temporary, full-time role with the possibility to convert to permanent based on performance.
