Temp to Hire
Shift: 2nd Shift, 1pm-11:30pm (Monday-Thursday)
Train on 1st Shift, typically 6:30am-3:30pm
Pay Rate: $24.00-$26.40/hr
What’s a typical day as a Clean Room Technician? You’ll be:
- Operating production equipment, including non-sterile filling machines, packaging, and labeling machines.
- Supplying workstations with necessary materials and items according to standard operating procedures.
- Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, production areas, and glassware as prescribed.
- Inspecting parts/items for quality and proper function.
- Troubleshooting basic equipment issues and communicating any production problems or deviations.
- Completing and reviewing production documentation accurately and in real time.
- Handling raw materials and components, including procurement, weighing, dispensing, and mixing according to batch documentation and SOPs.
- Maintaining sterile gowning qualifications and adhering to aseptic and GMP procedures.
- Supporting special projects and promoting a safe, harmonious work environment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution (required).
- Possess one or more years of previous work experience in a hospital, manufacturing, or clean room environment (preferred).
- Have experience operating mechanical equipment and working in production settings.
- Demonstrate knowledge of clean room procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), or are willing to learn.
- Are detail-oriented, organized, and able to accurately complete documentation.
- Can work the required 2nd shift schedule and complete initial training on 1st shift.
