Customer Service Coordinator (Temp for 3-6 months only)
Location: Garden Grove, CA 92841
Work Schedule: Mon to Fri / 8 am to 5 pm (1h lunch)
Pay rate: 21$ per hour
Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; 3-to-6-month duration (temp only)

Core Responsibilities (PDCA Framework)
1. Plan & Execute: Order Management & Pricing Updates

Action: Review and update pricing data daily on open orders.

Inputs/Collaboration: Based on updated pricing guidelines provided by the Customer Service and Planning teams.

Resources: Utilizing company ERP/order management software and basic computer systems.

Output & Purpose: Accurately updated open orders in order to ensure correct billing, prevent financial discrepancies, and support upcoming business initiatives.

2. Do: High-Volume Administrative Support & Follow-ups

Action: Execute daily high-volume administrative tasks and customer follow-up communications.

Inputs/Collaboration: Based on incoming requests and inquiries from the Customer Service team.

Resources: Using email, phone, and internal database systems.

Output & Purpose: Promptly processed requests and documented communications in order to maintain an efficient workflow and a consistent, positive customer experience.

3. Check & Act: Data Verification & Process Improvement

Action: Verify system data continuously for accuracy and flag discrepancies.

Inputs/Collaboration: In close collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve errors.

Resources: Using data tracking sheets and system logs.

Output & Purpose: Corrected database records and streamlined workflows in order to contribute to continuous improvement in output quality and operational efficiency.
