Shift: Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
Pay Rate- $25.00/hour
What’s a typical day as a Technical Customer Advisor? You’ll be:
• Owning the customer service experience by being the primary point of contact for customers within assigned branch territories and coordinating the customer service cycle.
• Analyzing, planning, and facilitating resolutions for customer service and technical issues, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Managing the waste approval process with internal and third-party TSDFs, determining cost-effective methods that comply with customer-approved facilities and technologies.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a background in customer service or technical support, with a strong understanding of compliance regulations such as RCRA & DOT.
• Possess excellent communication skills to coordinate both internal and external communications effectively.
• Are detail-oriented, with the ability to create detailed work orders and manage post-shipment processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Have at least 1 year experience
