Material Handler (Semiconductor Manufacturing)
Position: Material Handling Associate
Location: Georgetown, TX
Pay/ Shift: $18/hr / 7a-4p Mon-Fri

May move to Taylor location after training in Georgetown for 2-3 months
About the Role:
Join our manufacturing team as a Material Handling Associate! In this key role, you’ll support our production operations by verifying, staging, and transporting high-value materials and kits throughout our semiconductor facility. You’ll contribute directly to the efficiency, accuracy, and success of our operations, working closely with production, warehouse, and planning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of materials and transport completed kits to production assembly lines

  • Ensure item selection and quantity accuracy

  • Accurately record quantities and serial numbers in manufacturing systems or documentation

  • Package and label orders per company and customer requirements

  • Stage and move completed kits to production or assembly lines

  • Assist with general loading, unloading, and material movement

  • Safely operate equipment and tools, maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling preferred

  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and production documentation

  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn manufacturing systems

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with material movement (frequent lifting up to 50 lbs)

  • Understanding of inventory accuracy and material traceability is a plus
