Join our dynamic warehouse team supporting our customer Samsung where your expertise with ERP systems and inventory knowledge will be highly valued! This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented candidates with experience in supply chain or inventory control. You’ll play a key role in maintaining material accuracy and process efficiency, collaborating with colleagues and leadership as you help drive our success.
Job Specifications:

  • Company: Samsung

  • Location: Taylor, TX

  • Pay Rate: $20-$22hr based on experience

  • Shift: Compressed Work Schedule (12 hour shifts/3 days one week, 4 days the next)

  • Shift (Days) 7:00am to 7:00pm, Sunday to Tuesday every other Wednesday

  • Shift B (Nights) 7:00pm to 7:00am, Sunday to Tuesday, every other Saturday

  • Shift C (Days) 7:00am to 7:00pm, Thursday to Saturday, every other Wednesday

  • Shift D (Nights) 7:00pm to 7:00am, Wednesday to Friday, every other Saturday

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Receive materials after the receiving team’s shift ends and ensure seamless handoffs.

  • Verify incoming materials against ERP system records for complete accuracy.

  • Process Goods Receipts (GR) and ensure timely, error-free entry into the system.

  • Perform efficient inventory put-away to designated storage locations.

  • Accurately fulfill work orders within the required turnaround time.

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and help maintain inventory integrity.

  • Communicate clear, concise shift handoff reports to leadership and incoming team members.

  • Collaborate with procurement on Goods Receipt discrepancies and help resolve issues.

  • Provide support to other departments by addressing work order and material-related queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.

  • Solid understanding of inventory management or supply chain principles.

  • Proven ability to lift up to 45 pounds as part of daily tasks.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.

  • Prior experience in inventory control or materials handling roles preferred.

  • Strong ability to work independently, especially on later shifts.
