Electronics Assembler
Location: Middletown, PA
Payrate: $20.25/hr (up to $32.25/hr for overtime/weekend)
Summary:
Join our team as an Electronics Assembler! You’ll be responsible for assembling and testing electronic components, cables, and hardware with exceptional accuracy. Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and help ensure top-quality products for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and solder electronic components, connectors, and wiring harnesses
- Read and interpret assembly blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions
- Perform basic inspections and tests to verify functionality
- Maintain strict quality standards and meet production targets
- Support batch, team-based, or flow line assembly processes
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in electronics or small parts assembly (preferred)
- Ability to read and follow English work instructions and technical documents
- Familiarity with basic hand tools, soldering equipment, and measurement devices
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and manual dexterity
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Sit or stand for long periods (4+ hours at a time)
