Electronics Machine Operator
Location: Middletown, PA
Pay Rate: $21.25/hr (Up to $32.25/hr with overtime and weekend pay)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator with experience in electronics manufacturing and injection molding operations. In this key role, you will set up, change over, and operate state-of-the-art automated and semi-automated equipment to produce high-quality electronic components and molded parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and change over electronic assembly and injection molding machines

  • Monitor molding and assembly equipment for efficient, continuous operation

  • Troubleshoot basic mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime

  • Read and interpret assembly prints, wiring diagrams, and production documents specific to electronics and molded parts

  • Use precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to meet strict quality standards for both electronic and molded products

  • Support production goals with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • At least 1 year of experience in electronics manufacturing or plastics injection molding preferred

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills in both electronic assembly and molding processes

  • Ability to read English work instructions, schematics, and use basic math

  • Comfortable with computers, production software, and manufacturing tools

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

  • Stand or sit for extended periods (4+ hours)
