Contact Center Customer Service Representative Inbound
Call Center/Customer Service
Will serve as a first point of contact for voters by answering incoming calls and providing accurate, non-partisan information regarding voter registration and the election process. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from the public regarding election-related inquiries
- Assist voters with updating voter registration records
- Support voters with changing party affiliation, as permitted
- Provide information on how and where to register to vote
- Inform voters of polling locations for early voting and Election Day
- Respond to basic questions about voting procedures and requirements
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented demeanor at all times
- Manage high-pressure situations and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
Pay Rate:
- $19.00 per hour
Hours:
- Monday–Friday, hours of business are 7am to 7pm, flexible schedule
- Must be willing to work overtime with little to no notice
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of criminal and drug screenings
