Position Overview
Kelly Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk for a 6-8 week temporary assignment at a leading Environmental Organization located in Orlando, FL. The Office Clerk will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine clerical tasks including copying, scanning, and filing paperwork.
- Support office operations by maintaining accurate and organized records.
- Assist with additional administrative duties as required to facilitate workflow.
- Collaborate with office staff and management to address daily operational needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to complete assignment in full.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work 8-9 hour days, Monday through Friday.
- Experience with office equipment (copier, scanner, filing systems) preferred.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
